By the Hanoverian stallion Ridley ( Rotspon) out of a welsh dam of Farnley Farm breeding with 11 offspring and hundreds of pages of USEF wins among them! Siblings from same dam are successful Pony Finals ponies. Picturesque Strike a Pose should mature a great Large pony size. She should excel as a rated large hunter pony. She has a 10 brain! Super trainable, very smart, curious and willing. She moves with great balance and nice free shoulder and reach. She has a long stride that she is able to easily collect and adjust. She shows clean flying changes while out in pasture and both the sire and dam have a history of throwing clean changes in their offspring ( Posey got a double dose of clean changes! ) She has no vices, no injuries and no health concerns. She trailers willingly and is easy to lead and handle. She loves attention and comes to the gate first to say hello. She is good in turnout with geldings or mares and middle of pecking order for her age, or lower in a mixed age group. She is not spooky at all, and will bravely check out new things, once investigated, she is confident about them.
