Memphis Blue is a 2014 17.1 hh notable German Sporthorse gelding (by Maximus out of Envy) that has achieved significant success. The horse's prominent achievements include: National Recognition: Won the prestigious $5,000 High-Score American-Bred Bonus Award at the Platinum Performance/USHJA Green Hunter Incentive Championships. Regional Success: Captured 2nd Place in the highly competitive 3'/3'3".
After his professional career, Maddox had lots of success with him, starting out in the pre-child ring, then children's hunter before the large Junior hunter ring. For every move up, Memphis has been the ultimate teacher, kind and forgiving along with being super competitive in the hunter ring. Great lead change, super brave to the jumps with a huge yet balanced stride he is the ultimate ride. He just got over a minor injury and is presently competing in the Children's and Junior hunter ring. The Birketts don't want to part with him; presently he is leased short term to one of our Cedarhill Junior riders but will be available for lease October 1, 2026.
