We are proud to present this ever lovely gentle giant for your consideration. Joey is the sweetest horse in the barn, easy to handle, so forgiving of rider errors and incredibly comfortable under saddle. Joey has shown to 1.15m jumpers, but we also love his lofty consistent stride and pure gaits for the hunters and dressage. He is so handsome and impressive that he guarantees to get you noticed – no matter the ring.
For those of you who may think his size is intimidating, I promise if you find the courage to swing aboard you’ll never think about it again. I cannot stress enough how kind and gentle this gelding is. I dare you to find a safer kick ride in this handsome of a package. He’s quiet and willing enough to fill the lesson horse role, and fancy enough to bring home ribbons. What’s not to love?
He is incredibly easy to have in the barn; clips, hauls, turns out, stands for the farrier and braiding. No vices, no limitations, easy enough for a child to handle. He would love to find his own person to shower him with cookies. Updated videos coming soon.
