Description

Sage is a big, gentle gelding. He comes to us from showing very successfully in hunters and equitation in Zone 1. I think hes best suited to show regularly in 2'6. He stays sound with regular work and minimal maintenance (hocks done about once a year). Hes a great mover and a tight jumper with auto leads. He needs a ride with more leg then hand and goes nice in a long soft frame. He would be a good teacher for someone who needs to learn how to move the horse up and let go of their face. He also might be a nice foxhunter. Hes not scared of anything and hes pretty simple to ride. The photos were given to me, and show him in a pelham. He goes better in a snaffle now. His price is negotiable to the right situation.
