Impressionist, “Henri”, is a 2013 18.0 hand German Sport Horse (grand-sire Chacco Blue). Henri was imported from Germany in 2019 and has been brought along slowly and correctly. He is currently showing in the 3’ hunters and has all the talent and scope to make a lovely 3’6” hunter or equitation horse. He is a great mover and has three comfortable gates with long legs and a large stride to get down the lines with ease. Henri has flying changes in both directions and brought his current owner back into the Adult Amateur division after a ten-year hiatus from showing in the 3’.
Henri has shown at WEC Ocala and the Hampton Classic in addition to local shows on Long Island. He is honest and loves his job. He recently went to a local hunter derby and jumped around the derby jumps without batting an eye. He is best suited for a confident rider working with a professional and looking to do the higher divisions. He has a sweet and loving personality, loads like a dream, braids, and stands in the wash stall.
Henri is only for sale as his current owner has taken a new job in New York City and does not have the time to devote to him or bring him to away shows. He is truly a special horse with no limitations and will be a competitive A-circuit horse for a lucky rider.
Henri is offered for sale and can be tried at The Hampton Classic or on Long Island, New York after The Hampton Classic.
