3. SEND TEXT OF AD OVER EMAIL to

• Please write the ad in paragraph format
• Keep ads under 75 words
• Do not write ALL IN CAPS.
• We post ads exactly as we receive them. We do not proofread for misspellings, grammar errors, etc. Please make sure the ad is exactly as you want it to appear when you email it to us.
• Required Information
  • horse/pony name, age, height, breed, color, sex, a description of talents, show experience, your name, phone number, email address, state/province/country
  • Please remember to list your location. If you do not list a location in your ad, we will use the area code of your phone to identify a location. This is not reliable and we ask that you list the location.
• Optional Information
  • Website Link, example http://www.yourfarm.com, posted free of charge.
  • Video Links: We will post direct links to movies of your horse(s) from your website or other sites such as YouTube. Please send the URL for online movie(s) in the following format, for example: http://www.yourfarm.com/movie.mpg, posted for $10.00 per video link.

4. SEND PHOTO(S)
1 Photo is included in the $30 ad. Additional photos per ad are $10/each.

• Where possible, please name the photos to match the name in the ad.
• Send as email attachment(s) in JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PDF or BMP format.
• Emailed photos will be posted within one week of receipt.

• We STRONGLY recommend you try to send the photos over email, but can scan them for you if you send them to us.
• Please identify the horse's name and your email address on the back of the photo.
• Please send in the same package as your order and payment.

• Mailed photos will take one to three weeks to be posted.
• Mailed photos sent with a self-addressed, stamped envelope will be returned.

Bigeq.com will send you an email the day your ad is posted on the website.

The classified pages are updated once a week.

• Links will be posted for no charge in photo ads.
• Please inform Bigeq.com if your horse is sold and whether it was through Bigeq.com.
• Those listing horses must be 18 years of age or older.
• Photo ads are listed for six months.
• Please keep in mind that this website is discipline specific. We will post ads for legitimate hunter/jumper/equitation show horses and prospects, other horses should be advertised elsewhere. Ads that are submitted without this in mind will be screened and deleted.
• Please do not take advantage of our service by claiming your horse is a hunter/jumper or has "hunter/jumper experience" while having no training in this area. Sent ads which appear to be misleading, dishonest, deceitful, or manipulative in any way of our service will not be posted.
• Bigeq.com is not responsible for the claims of sellers regarding their horses and ponies, show records, health, or any other claims that the seller may assert. Verifying those claims are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Bigeq.com reserves the right to reject or cancel advertisements at any time.
• It is the advertiser’s responsibility to authorize use of all content placed in the advertisement. The advertiser represents that it is fully authorized and licensed to use the entire contents of the material submitted for publication as an advertisement in Bigeq.com. This includes the names, portraits and/or photographs of persons and/or animals, any copyrighted material, any testimonials, and has the right to and is capable of selling or providing the product or service advertised at the price advertised. The advertiser agrees to relieve Bigeq.com of responsibility from any and all claims or suits arising out of online posting of advertising based on information supplied by advertiser.

HORSES FOR SALE:

• Horses must be 14.3 hands and over. Exception: horses not at full maturity that are expected to be 14.3h or over.
• Bigeq.com will post ads for hunters, jumpers, equitation horses, and sport horses typically from the following breeds: Appendix QH, Canadian Warmblood, Cleveland Bay, Connemara, Dutch Warmblood, Hanoverian, Holsteiner, Irish Sporthorse, Irish TB, Oldenburg, Thoroughbred, Trakehner, Westphalian, Warmblood crosses, and other warmbloods.
• All horses with a proven show record will be posted, regardless of breed.
• Bigeq.com will not post ads for english pleasure or western horses.

PONIES FOR SALE:

• Ponies must measure 14.2 hands and under.
• Bigeq.com will post ads for pony hunters, jumpers, equitation, and sport ponies typically from the following pony breeds: Welsh, Welsh crosses, New Forest, Connemaras, Shetland, Shetland crosses, Thoroughbred or Warmblood crosses and Quarter ponies.
• All ponies with a proven show record will be posted, regardless of breed.
• Bigeq.com will not post ads for english pleasure or western ponies.

Q. I have multiple horses for sale how do I send their info?
A. Please send multiple listings in one email. Separate each horse and include contact info in each horse's paragraph.

Q. When my horse sells, how do I get my ad removed?
A. Email Bigeq.com and inform us that your horse has been sold. The description of your horse will remain but your contact info and price of the horse will be removed. A "SOLD" sign will be placed next to the ad.

Q. After my ad expires, can I renew it immediately or at a later date?
A. Yes, you may resubmit your ad over email.

Q. I submitted my ad a few days ago, but it hasn't shown up on the website yet, where is it?
A. The classifieds are updated once a week.

Q. Does my listing time start from when I emailed it to Bigeq.com, or from when it appears on the internet?
A. Your listing date is from the time it is posted on the website, not from the time you email it.

Q. I am a broker and I run a sale barn, can I simply list my farm or business on the "For Sale" pages?
A. No. All ads must be for a specific horse. If you are interested in linking your farm's website on the mainpage, please contact Bigeq.com for more information.

Q. Is there any commission involved with using Bigeq.com's ad services?
A. NO! We are a classifieds service, not a brokerage service. There is no comission involved.
